Terms and Conditions for Playground Sessions Giveaway Contest as of 23/10/2024

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

   • Reside in United States of America

   • Are 18 years of age or older

   • Are not employees of Playground Sessions or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on [URL]. Entry requirements may include submitting the form with First Name and Email information. Entries submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on X DATE and ends on [End Date] at [Time] [Time Zone]. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered. Organiser has a right to change the End Date at any time.

4. Prize: Every winner will receive one Playground Sessions Lifetime Keyboard Bundle. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Playground Sessions reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

5. Winner Selection: The 5 winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. All winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 14, another winner will be selected.

6. Liability: Playground Sessions is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Playground Sessions and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

7. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of United States of America

8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved in the court appropriate to the Organiser’s location.

9. Modification: Playground Sessions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Playground Sessions also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Playground Sessions.
